Course Schedule

Mental performance training can bring your performance to the next level. A commitment to a daily practice can allow athletes to perform at an optimal state more often. At the beginning of this course the athlete will engage in a momentum session with a consultant. After each module is completed, an athlete will receive a coaching session to enhance progress.
